Terms and Conditions

iNjoyLife Walking Wellness Challenge is a professionally designed program created to facilitate improvement in activity and movement for individuals, families and especially those who are in work and student environments as well as those who commute and travel. 

The additional perks of the challenge are that it comes with extensive information supporting wellness related to the expertise of university studies, fitness experts and health coaches in the wellness field. 

All applicants must include a current wellness-fitness assessment and sign the iNjoyLife Release Form when applying.

This program is paid upfront to provide incentive to finish the challenge of walking everyday for a minimum of 90 days. 

iNjoyLife Walking Wellness Challenge terms and conditions:

We require a physician's and/or therapist's "Medical Clearance" to join the walking challenge if you are signing up after recovering from an illness, injury, surgery or there are special limitations to be considered when providing a program for someone with extraordinary needs. This clearance form must include recommendations for safe commencement, appropriate intensity to start and duration increases for duration of the 3-month program.

• Withdrawal or cancellation of the program is non-refundable and non-transferable; however with a doctor's recommendation, the individual can make arrangements to sign up at a later date for the remaining period unused in the program.
• We provide a program with perimeters that are suited to benefit the general population going from less activity to more consistent activity, otherwise, this program is not a prescription for a specific outcome. If you require weight-loss, muscle-building, long-distance endurance or much improved health metrics (example: better BMI scores) please inquire regarding specialized one-on-one health or fitness coaching .
• No part of the iNjoyLife Walking Wellness Challenge Logo or any attribute or adaptation of the iNjoyLife Walking Wellness Challenge program may be copied or used for any reason whether that it is for commercial or non-commercial use.
• We provide programs for safe, lifestyle building habits that focus on self care and courteous, mindful and law abiding behavior to each other and the public. We do not tolerate unlawful, reckless behavior nor do we condone hate speech, bullying, promotions or spam on our social media postings or sites. All offenders will be reported and removed and we will disable user accounts.
